6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Join Matches, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by Join Matches or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they create and upload to the platform but grant Join Matches a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content in connection with providing our services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Join Matches will cease immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Join Matches will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.

Before initiating arbitration, parties must attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations for a period of thirty days.
